Phenomenal! Did the work on my car for $1000 less than the dealership quoted me, and gave me an itemized quote before they even touched it. They remember who you are, follow up with you, and take care of you like a real hometown mechanic. These are good people. If you need your car fixed, don't take it to the dealership. These guys will fix it cheaper, better, and kinder. Best mechanic experience I've ever had.

Very good communication. Cost was within the range researched, a little toward the upper end of the range, but not above. They informed me of another repair that’s needed, but not necessary, and they were not pushy about it, which I greatly appreciate. Ashley was very nice. It was easy to process payment. I was able to pick up after hours by using the lockbox.

Really nice people! I went for an oil change because I was away from my usual place and I was happy with the service. They let me know my cabin filter needed to be replaced and didn't go ahead and do it without asking beforehand, which I really appreciated.

Highly highly recommend this place. Talk to Jeremy. Took my car for a hood latch issue plus other services. Didn't even charge me for the latch repair. Seems very knowledgeable about all luxury brands. These guys have 5 stars on google for a reason.

Watkinsville Automotive went above and beyond! They handled my oil change and a full 42-point inspection, caught that my tires needed rotation, and even diagnosed a coolant control valve issue. They researched everything, ordered the parts, replaced the system, and thoroughly tested my car to make sure it was running perfectly. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and truly feels like “car whisperers.” The front office staff was incredibly helpful and kept communication clear every step of the way. It’s been a couple of weeks now, and my car is running like new and the peace of mind is priceless. Highly recommend!
